Withdrawal requests on winjos are reviewed in order of submission. Our standard review window is one to three business days, depending on your account verification status and the payment method you have selected. If your account has not yet completed Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, your withdrawal request will be held pending verification completion. Withdrawals requested during public holidays—such as Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, or Nyepi—may experience longer processing times due to banking network delays.
